M.Sc. Achmed Neijhorst – Managing Director: Achmed has finished his study in 1992 in Technical Informatics at the TU in Delft Holland. Achmed has worked for Ordina Overheid N.V. Netherlands(software engineer), Integrated Computer Services ICS (assistant managing director), Brain Waive Innovations Curaçao (assistant managing director), KPMG Curaçao and KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint Suriname (Senior Consultant and Manager)

Experience
Achmed is specialized in software engineering, IT project management, implementation of systems and IT Assessments. Local clients, where Achmed done projects includes Assuria, SZF, Staatsolie,Suralco, the Central Bank of Suriname, SAB, Billiton and Telesur. Regional en international clients are SVB Curaçao, APNA Curaçao, SVB Aruba, Setar Aruba, Tax Office Curaçao, THIS Netherlands and INNS Nicaragua.

Achmed conducted a study under the authority of the Inter American Development Back to analyze the possibilities for a connectivity backbone for the government of Suriname.

Paul Roep – Managing Director: Background
Paul Roep has worked for two international organizations CIAT/IDB and KPMG Consulting. In 1992 he began as a software engineer at a local ICT company. In 1995 Paul was employed by the CIAT as an Information systems Consultant where he worked for the CIAT/IDB project for“Strengthening Of The Tax Administration Office” for the tax office in Suriname. Paul was in charge of the setup of the ITIS system for the tax office. In 1998 Paul joined KPMG Consulting as Senior Consultant and has led local and regional software engineering and implementation projects

Experience
Local companies where Paul has done work include CIAT/Tax Office, Assuria, SZF, Suralco. Regional clients include SVB Curaçao, SVB Aruba, Belastingdienst Curaçao and Maduro en Curiels Bank Curaçao.

Paul is specialized in software engineering, Business Intelligence, IT project management. Paul has done specific training in Oracle, Informix, Centura, Business Objects training in E-Commerce areas.

Michel Hardjodikromo - Consultant: Michel is an experienced software engineer and database/system manager. Michel started in 1996 as a software engineer at a local company. In 2002, he was employed as a software enigineer/database manager at SZF. In november 2005 he joined i-Frontier as a consultant and is responsible for the maintenance of the custom-made applications. Also, he carried out database management orders for local clients as well at clients in Curacao.

Experience
Michel is experienced in software engineering (Informix 4GL, Access en Java), database management (Informix, SQL Server en Oracle) and system operation (Linux, HP Unix, and Windows 2000/Windows NT). Local and abroad companies where Michel has done work include Assuria, IamGold, Survam, Aqualectra Curacao, UTS Curacao, De Nationale Assemblee, Suralco, Telesur, Centrale Betaaldienst, Centrale Begrotings Boekhouding (CBB), Optiek Ninon and SZF.

Nick Zehoer - Consultant: Nick has a bachelor degree in information management from the university of Tilburg. He also did the master in information management program at the University of Tilburg.

Nick is software developper at i-Frontier and currently team-leader for the development of a insurance agents webportal for Assuria

Marian Lieuw A Soe Bsc - Consultant: Marian graduated in 2000 in electro technology, orientation Information technology at de Anton de Kom Universiteit of Suriname. Since 2000 till may 2004 she was employed at Join N.V. as an IT-consultant. In July 2004 she joined i-Frontier, where she’s co-responsible for the maintenance and building of the custom application for Suralco, Assuria, Ministry of Education and the iOptics application.

Experience
Marian is experienced in software engineering in Access, Oracle Forms, JBuilder en ASP. Local companies where Marian performed work include Suralco, Staatsolie, Billiton (CarWatch), Ministerie van Onderwijs en Volksontwikkeling, Assuria, various opticians, CPF and BOG.

Germaine Haime - Consultant: Germaine finished her study informatics at the HIO in the Netherlands in 1997. She has been working as a software engineer and Oracle database administrator. Germaine joined i-Frontier in february 2007.

Experience
Germaine has experience with various programming languages, tools and database platforms including Microsoft.net, Oracle and SQL Server. Her clients list include PTT, KPN Telecom, KPN Software house, Fernandes and Staatsolie.
